The largest New Jersey retailer of wine, beer and spirits, Bottle King has reopened their Middletown, New Jersey location! This project entailed renovating an existing 20,000+ square foot anchor in the retail strip, Village Square Mall. Bottle King, which moved from an auxiliary location within the strip mall, now serves as the prominent business. In addition to completely renovating the anchor store, the existing façade of the entire plaza is being upgraded. Previous to managing the construction of this location, we’ve completed Bottle King’s retail location in Princeton and their corporate headquarters in Livingston, New Jersey. As of 2023, Bottle King operates 15 stores throughout the state.
