This project included the demolition of the former Olive Garden on Rt. 17 and ground-up construction of a two story dealership for repeat client, Lincoln of Wayne. The new 25,200+ square foot dealership includes the main showroom, service department and client facing areas on the first floor. The second floor is utilized for back of house employee space, offices and locker rooms.

Previously, we constructed an addition and completed interior and exterior renovations in Wayne for the same client.
