This project consisted of renovating existing space within Driscoll Foods’ state of the art facility in Wayne, New Jersey. The unoccupied space totaling over 130,000 square feet was converted into offices, amenity spaces and food processing areas. In the tri-state area, Driscoll Foods has become one of the largest food service distributors since their incorporation in 1971.
