ORANGEBURG, NEW YORK - This project entails the construction of a 132,000 SF precast concrete panel warehouse addition which will house parts for Subaru of America vehicles. Additionally, portions of the existing 150,000 SF warehouse will be converted into a training center! We expect Subaru Distributors Corp. to enjoy this new space the first quarter 2019!
HAWTHORNE, NY - As the Construction Manager, we constructed a new Prefabricated Metal Building which consists of 74,000 SF of warehouse space and 8,000 SF of office space for NYSCO Products, LLC, designers and manufacturers of custom stock displays. Moving from the Bronx, this warehouse and office space allows them the opportunity to provide the fastest service and highest quality displays possible for their customers.

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - Phelps Construction has been chosen as the Construction Manager for Phase II of this project after completing Phase I earlier in 2016. Phase I entailed converting an existing warehouse into a liquid blending and warehouse facility. Phase II of this project will consist of of an addition to the existing warehouse, interior renovations and site work.
Allen Flavors, Inc. was founded in 1991 and has grown to be the largest sweet flavor house in the United States. Allen Flavors produces flavoring for many popular sports drinks, teas and flavored spirits. They are also a distributor for Nestlé coffee and tea extracts.

MOUNT OLIVE, NJ - This project entails the construction on a new 189,000 SF food processing facility for Fratelli Beretta U.S.A. The facility will include 177,000 SF of food processing and 12,000 SF of office space. Fratelli Beretta U.S.A., which has been producing fine Italian meats for over 200 years, will be operating out of Mount Olive for the first quarter of 2015.
BAYONNE, NJ – Phelps Construction Group renovate d the interior of the main offices at International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) which including installing new fire alarms and sprinkler system. IMTT has been in business for over 70 years and owns and operates 12 bulk liquid storage terminal facilities in North America for the storage and distribution of petroleum products. One of their largest terminals sites in Bayonne, New Jersey, is located on Upper New York Harbor, 10 miles south of Manhattan.
NEWARK, NJ - This project consists of converting a 13,700 SF office and warehouse space into a meat processing facility for Shelley's Foodservice. The business originated in 1950 as a family-run butcher shop, they have since grown into a foodservice manufacturer and distributor to the Tri-State Area and Pennsylvania. This project was completed on May of 2015
JERSEY CITY, NJ – Phelps Construction Group was hired by Nippon Express Co., Ltd, a worldwide leader in logistics and transportation services, to fit-out an existing 60,000sf warehouse space to accommodate their relocated operation from Keasbey, NJ. This phased project entailed construction of office space, extensive hi-bay lighting, a forklift charging station and new HVAC system.
KEARNEY, NJ - Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Freeman is the leading provider of integrated services for face-to-face marketing and brand building events, including expositions, conventions, corporate events, meetings and exhibit programs. Our project entailed the fit out of an existing warehouse, located in Kearney New Jersey, to house the new Offices for their Metropolitan New York branch location.
CARLSTADT, NJ - This project entailed the conversion of a 14 foot tall, single story office building into a 30 foot tall, single story refrigeration warehouse adjacent to the Carnegie Deli processing and production plant in Carlstadt, New Jersey. This project involved the demolition of all but the foundation and exterior walls of the existing office building and the construction of new foundations to support the structural steel frame for the raised roof structure. The construction of the new warehouse accommodates state of the art freezer and refrigeration systems. This project serves as the storage facility for the famous Carnegie Deli cheesecakes and pastramis.
SOUTH KEARNY, NJ - We have completed three projects for YRC Logistics including a 5,000 square foot interior office space, inside an 80,900 square foot existing warehouse located at River Terminal Development in South Kearny. The completed project serves as offices for YRC Logistics, a leading provider of global logistic services. We have also completed numerous facility repairs and upgrades in their Jersey City facility.
ROXBURY, NJ - This project entailed the construction of a 22,500 square foot warehouse addition composed of architectural precast wall panels and brick veneer. The warehouse interior includes loading dock bays and an ESFR sprinkler system to protect the 30 foot tall structure. The project also included a redevelopment of the site to allow for additional parking and construction of building pads for future expansion.
SOUTH KEARNY, NJ - Located within the River Terminal Development site, this project included the conversion of an existing 22,600 square foot office building into a distribution facility for George Weston Bakeries, the manufacturer of the most recognized baked goods including Stroehmans, Entenmanns, Thomas, and Freihofers.
Nearly the entire existing brick facade was removed to create 20 loading dock door openings. The work included typical warehouse interiors, and reconstruction of an existing parking lot including new concrete dolly pads, improved storm drainage systems, and electric engine block heaters.
CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ - This renovation converted a 22,000 square-foot facility into medical office space. The building was previously occupied by Ranjit Corporation and Diamond Essence, a leading manufacturer of artificial diamond jewelry.
