What do we expect from our Subcontractors and Suppliers? Being a Subcontractor or Supplier for Phelps Construction Group involves more than just performing the work on a project. We want our Subcontractors and Suppliers to also be involved in the budgeting and bidding phases of our projects. Performing as a team from conception to completion of a project is a vital part of working with us. Once a project is awarded, Phelps Construction Group holds our Subcontractors and Suppliers to the highest standards in the industry with regards to safety, scheduling and workmanship.
