• A member of the Phelps Construction Group management team will be continuously involved in the details of your project as it progresses from the day we break ground until the day you open for business.
• Experienced on-site project management and supervision will be dedicated to the success of your project.
• Highly skilled craftsmen with formal training and education in their trades will be utilized.
• Constant review of project safety, including safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and the job-specific safety plan.
• Constant field quality control through our on-site project staff.
• Weekly coordination meetings with the owner, architect, subcontrators and regulatory agencies, as required.
• Flexible scheduing on dynamic, changing projects. Project shedules are updated on a regular basis and reviewed with all project team members.
• Detailed cost report systems.
• Change-order tracking logs for the owner’s review, with regular updates providing the ability to effect changes and coordinate the changed scope within the construction schedule.
• Detailed review of shop drawings, product samples and materials used in the project.
• Support to coordinate and process regulatory agency documentation, permits, inspections and tests.
• Coordination, as required, of owner’s separate contractors and FFE installation.
