Phelps Construction Group and KSS Architects partnered for the design and construction of TEAM Academy Charter School‘s new school on Littleton Avenue. The new 104,000 SF charter school is home to approximately 540 high school students with features such as science labs for biology, physics, chemistry, a library, and classrooms with the latest technology.

The innovative design of the school, incorporated two two-story bridge trusses over the two story gymnasium which supports the additional floors above. The new gymnasium and athletic field is utilized by the students and the members of the community which have been granted access during non-school hours. Moreover, the Littleton Avenue school has become a focal attraction to both the students and the community.
