CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ – Phelps Construction Group has completed the Pre-Construction phase of a 43,000 SF building located in Cedar Knolls, NJ. This facility is the future headquarters and laboratory facility of Med Labs Diagnostics. Med Labs Diagnostics is a diagnostics testing company with numerous patient service centers throughout New Jersey.
