FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Working on a fast track basis in partnership with the end user of this project, we performed the complete interior demolition and LEED certified interior construction of an existing 18,000 square foot office building in eight weeks. LEED certification provides an independent, third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to live and work. The completed office space serves as offices for the Architectural firm Fletcher Thompson.
